Pricing and Payment

Shipping and Delivery
Chun Ming Limited ships to the address provided by the customer. The customer must provide an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss passes upon carrier delivery confirmation. Delivery timelines are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Chun Ming Limited.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Chun Ming Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days after delivery. The customer does not need to state a reason. The period of 14 days begins on the delivery date. Requests after 14 days are not accepted. To request a refund, the customer must contact Chun Ming Limited at [email protected] and follow return instructions. Women's shoes must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories. Chun Ming Limited may reject returns that fail these conditions. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund Processing Time
After Chun Ming Limited receives and inspects the returned women's shoes, refund processing takes at least 14 days. The refund arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from refund approval. Bank or card issuer timelines may extend the arrival period. The customer must monitor the account used for purchase.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Chun Ming Limited does not control PayPal internal review timelines. The customer must direct PayPal account questions to PayPal.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Chun Ming Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must provide the order number, photographs, and a description. Claims after exactly 7 days of receipt are not accepted. Chun Ming Limited may require return of damaged or defective women's shoes before refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation before shipment by contacting Chun Ming Limited. If the order has shipped, the 14 days no-reason refund policy applies. Chun Ming Limited may cancel orders for reasons stated in these Terms of Service.
Prohibited Conduct
The customer must not use kfxabikerboots.com for unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, harassment, or intellectual property infringement. The customer must not submit false information. Chun Ming Limited may suspend or terminate access for violation.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Chun Ming Limited total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by Hong Kong law.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Chun Ming Limited against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's breach of these Terms of Service or misuse of kfxabikerboots.com.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. The governing law is Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Changes to These Terms
